Christchurch - Mudeford Sandbank Beach

A sandy spit beach adjacent to Hengistbury Head, with excellent views of Christchurch harbour. Only accessible on foot, bike or land train from Hengistbury Head, or by ferry (summer only) from Mudeford Quay or Christchurch Quay. Facilities include beach huts with residential status, a cafe, shop and toilets.

Facilities

Toilets are available including disabled. There is also a beach cafe and shop.

Parking

No local parking but there is pay and display parking at Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Quay with disabled spaces. There is a Cycle Park on the Sandbank near the Noddy Train terminal.
